It’s very important to me that you are happy with your purchase. If there are any problems with your order please contact me immediately at hello@kppapercuts.co.uk so that I can resolve the issue for you.

Refunds and Returns

I am happy to offer refunds if the items are returned in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. I cannot reimburse the cost of return delivery.

Due to the nature of bespoke and personalised pieces I am unable to offer refunds on these items.

If your item arrives damaged please contact me within 48hrs with photos of the damage so that I can arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.


All orders of framed paper cut pieces are sent in foam slider boxes for safe delivery.

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail second class.

International orders are sent via courier and can take an extra 5-7 working days to be delivered so please give yourself plenty of time for your order to arrive. Make sure if you are ordering for a special occasion that you allow plenty of time to place your order and have it delivered before the date of the event.

If you need express delivery on your order please contact me prior to placing your order to arrange this.

Starter kits

Please note that you must be over 18 to purchase one of my Starter Kits. By purchasing a Starter Kit you are agreeing that you are over the age of 18. Kppapercuts cannot be held responsible for any injury that may result from the improper use of any items within the Starter Kit.

Due to international postage rules any Starter Kits that are ordered for International delivery will not contain any scalpel blades. (Blades are available through many local craft stores and other online retailers).
